We've learned a lot about rocks, lapidary and jewelry techniques and social media since we became rockhounds on a trip West in 2008. We have much more to learn. We'd like to share our tips with you and hope that you will share yours with us and our followers.

This blog will be shaped by participation from our readers. To start it off, we're planning a series of blogs on the rocks-in-the-ground to finished jewelry process. We'll try to add a post at least every two weeks.
